Application

 

1) Glutaraldehyde is used for industrial water treatment and as a preservative. 

2) Glutaraldehyde is mainly available as an aqueous solution, and in these solutions the aldehyde groups are hydrated.

3) Glutaraldehyde is used for organic synthesis and can be used for polymerization and copolymerization of polyvinyl ether production, used in coatings, additives, plasticizer, etc.
