1.Characters:

Sodium stearate is a kind of white powder with fatty odor, greasy to touch, soluble in hot water and ethanol, decomposes into stearic acid and sodium salts when contacting with acid.

 

2.Usage:

Sodium stearate is widely applied in food, medicine, cosmetic, plastic and metal processing fields, besides it is used in acrylate rubber soap/ sulfur and vulcanized system, it mainly function as emulsifier, dispersing agent, lubricant, surface-processing agent and corroding inhibitor.
